Research Use Agreement

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY VYAL LABS ARE INTENDED SOLELY FOR IN VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH BY QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS.

By purchasing from Vyal Labs, you agree that:

  • All products are for research purposes only and are NOT for human or animal consumption.
  • Products will be handled by qualified research professionals in controlled laboratory environments.
  • You will not use these products for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or other clinical purposes.
  • You are at least 21 years of age and legally able to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
  • You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding research chemicals.
  • You understand these products have NOT been evaluated or approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vyal Labs website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform or purchase our products.

Vyal Labs is operated by Vyal Labs LLC. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Vyal Labs LLC and the Vyal Labs platform.

Eligibility

To use our platform and purchase products, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Be a qualified research professional or represent a research institution
  • Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
  • Be located in a jurisdiction where the purchase of research compounds is permitted
  • Agree to use products solely for in vitro research purposes

Product Information

All products sold by Vyal Labs are research-grade compounds intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research. Product information, including purity specifications and Certificates of Analysis (COAs), is provided for research documentation purposes only.

We make no claims regarding the suitability of our products for any particular research application. Researchers are responsible for determining the appropriateness of compounds for their specific research protocols.

These products are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They have NOT been evaluated by the FDA.

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use products purchased from Vyal Labs for:

  • Human consumption or administration
  • Animal consumption or veterinary use
  • Clinical trials or human subject research
  • Diagnostic or therapeutic purposes
  • Resale to parties who intend non-research use
  • Any use prohibited by applicable law

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Vyal Labs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misuse or violation of these terms.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards processed through PCI-compliant payment processors.

By placing an order, you confirm your agreement to the Research Use Agreement above and certify that all information provided is accurate.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States via standard carriers. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

All packages ship discreetly in protective packaging suitable for research materials. Lyophilized peptides are sealed in tamper-evident vials with desiccant for stable transit.

Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests for eligible orders within 30 days of confirmed delivery. To initiate a return, log in to your account and visit your order detail page, or contact our support team.

Due to the nature of research compounds and our strict quality control and chain-of-custody requirements:

  • Sealed, unopened products may be eligible for a return and refund if reported within the 30-day window and upon warehouse inspection.
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless the product was defective or incorrect as shipped.
  • Damaged-in-transit orders are eligible for a full refund regardless of seal status — contact us and provide photographic evidence as soon as possible after delivery.

All returns are subject to physical inspection at our warehouse. Refund determinations are made based on inspection results, the nature of the issue, and applicable fault category. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day delivery window will not be accepted. We recommend inspecting your order promptly upon receipt. View our full return policy.

SMS Terms & Conditions

Vyal Labs operates a text messaging program for customer care, delivery notification, outbound 2 factor authentication and account notification messages. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and no consent checkbox is ever pre-selected.

SMS Consent Communication

The information or phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from Vyal Labs, you may receive messages related to the following: customer care, delivery notification, outbound 2 factor authentication and account notification.

Example: "Hi, this is Vyal Labs. Thanks for reaching out about your order — a rep will reply here shortly. Reply STOP to opt out at any time."

Example: "Vyal Labs: your order has shipped. Track it at the link in your confirmation email. Reply STOP to opt out at any time."

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 4 SMS messages per week related to your orders, support requests, or account status.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Vyal Labs in the following way: by texting Vyal Labs first at (307) 288-1147 using the number on our website; or by checking the optional SMS consent box on a form on our website that collects your phone number.

Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at support@vyallabs.com to request removal from our messaging list.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VYAL LABS AND VYAL LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR PLATFORM.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vyal Labs, Vyal Labs LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our products, violation of these terms, or violation of any applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
